Lebanese customs officers have arrested two men attempting to smuggle nearly 100 gallons of drug paraphernalia through the Port of Tripoli.
“The containers were full of substances needed for the manufacturing of drugs. They were hidden in two secret hiding places in the trunks of two trucks coming from Turkey to the Port of Tripoli,” reads a Finance Ministry statement issued
