On 18 Nov 16, three Syrians were arrested by the Lebanese Armed Forces for possible links to militant organizations. Bassam Abdul-Salam Al-Naasan was apprehended for being a member of ISIS. Youssef Mohamed Nasr Zein-al-Abidin and Bilal Hamdo Al-Obeid were detained for belonging to Al-Nusra Front which changed its name recently to Jabhat Fatah al-Sham. The suspects were referred to the judiciary for further investigations.
