افادت مراسلة "النشرة" في طرابلس ان مجهولا كان على دراجته النارية اطلق الرصاص باتجاه مبنى بلدية طرابلس في منطقة التل، لافتة الى ان القوى الامنية تمكنت من القاء القبض عليه.
وجاء اطلاق النار على مبنى البلدية بعد تهديد عبر تسجيل صوتي لرئيس البلدية أحمد قمر الدين بعد لقائه مع الرئيس نجيب ميقاتي، وجاء في التسجيل تهديد لقمر الدين من شخص اسمه طلال ش.
