NNA - State Security managed today to apprehend Syrian Mahmoud A.R., 25, in Akkar's Wadi Khaled, against whom arrest warrants for human trafficking and drug dealing and smuggling among Lebanon, Syria, and Turkey, National News Agency correspondent reported on Wednesday.
