Syrian citizen, Farzat Walid Hajj Hussein, was injured on Sunday by a stray bullet to his head in Wadi Jamous in Akkar, and was rushed to al-Kheir Hospital in al-Minnieh being in critical condition, NNA correspondent in Akkar reported.
Investigations are underway to unveil circumstances of the incident.
