NNA - Lebanese Army Command's Orientation Directorate on Monday issued a communiqué saying that the intelligence department referred to the competent judicial authority Lebanese Hussein Habib Shukr who was arrested on April 13, 2016 in Baalbak for smuggling people between Syria and Lebanon and belonging to Daesh terrorist organization as investigations with him unveiled.

Shukr was also discovered to trade in weapons.
