أعلنت المديرية العامة للأمن العام أن الاجهزة المعنية في المديرية قامت خلال الفترة الممتدة من تاريخ 02/04/2016 لغاية 09/04/2016، وبإشراف النيابات العامة، بتوقيف عدد من الأشخاص بتهم إرتكاب أفعال جرمية وذلك على الشكل التالي :
- تسعة عشر شخصاً بجرم تزوير مستندات سفر لتسهيل عمليات انتقال لأشخاص من لبنان الى دول اوروبية وآسيوية وافريقية.
- ستة اشخاص بجرم تسهيل دخول اشخاص بطرق غير شرعية.
- شخص واحد بجرم الدخول خلسة ومخالفة نظام الاقامة.
بعد انتهاء التحقيق مع الموقوفين احيلوا جميعاً الى القضاء المختص.
