وطنية - صدر عن المديرية العامة للأمن العام البيان الآتي:

"في إطار مكافحة جرائم التزوير وتهريب الاشخاص، أوقفت المديرية العامة للأمن العام بناء لإشارة النيابة العامة المختصةاللبناني (ع.ش) كونه مطلوبا بموجب عدة بلاغات توقيف بجرائم تزوير وتهريب اشخاص واطلاق نار .

بنتيجة التحقيق معه اعترف انه ناشط مع اشخاص آخرين ضمن شبكة في مجال التزوير وتهريب الاشخاص خاصة الرعايا السوريين من والى لبنان بطرق غير شرعية، عبر تأمين بطاقات دخول مزورة لهم وحجوزات فندقية وهمية وذلك مقابل مبالغ مالية.

بعد انتهاء التحقيق معه أحيل الى القضاء المختص والعمل جار لملاحقة باقي الاشخاص المتورطين".

ان المديرية العامة للأمن العام تحذر الرعايا العرب والاجانب من الوقوع في فخ هذا النوع من الاعمال الاحتيالية التي يمارسها البعض وتطلب منهم التنبه والاتصال فورا من اي هاتف ثابت او خلوي بواسطة ( Call center على الرقم 1717 والدائرة الامنية على الرقم 130)،أو التقدم لدى اقرب مركز للأمن العام للافادة عن هؤلاء الأشخاص وذلك منعا لتورطهم بأعمال غير قانونية وتعرضهم للمساءلة القانونية والملاحقة الجزائية".
