A lady met her fate on Tuesday after being run over by a man on Deir Zahrani - Nabatieh highway, NNA field reporter said.
The deceased, a Lebanese national and a Kreidly family member, was immediately transferred to Al-Najda Hospital, but instantly died on arrival.
The driver who hit Ms. Kreidly handed himself in to Nabatieh police station. Meanwhile, investigations have been launched to unveil the circumstances that have led to this ill-fated accident, NNA reporter said.
