Army: Israel violates Shebaa village vicinity line

Army Command- Guidance Directorate issued a communiqué on Saturday in which it mentioned that an Israeli patrol violated on Friday at 1:50 p.m. the withdrawal line at Shebaa village vicinity in an futile attempt to kidnap one of the Lebanese shepherds.
The communiqué added that the patrol that violated the withdrawal line to a distance of 20 meters retreated at 2:10 p.m. towards the occupied Palestinian territories, noting that the Lebanese Army units in the region carried out the appropriate field procedures.
The Lebanese Army, in coordination with the UNIFIL, has followed up on the violation, the communiqué said.
