On 16 Oct 15, in Saida, a personal dispute between paramedics from the Red Cross and an unidentified person who threatened the paramedics with his assault weapon. Then , he went to his vehicle, took a bat and sabotaged their ambulance then fled the scene. ISF started investigations and began prosecuting the aggressor.
