A task force from the Internal Security Forces (ISF) in Baalbek arrested on Saturday Palestinian national, Abdul Rahaman Hassan, for the murder of fellow national Mohammad Bader Qaoud. Qaoud was found dead in a factory in Tal al Abyad with a rope around his neck, leading preliminary investigations to deem the death a suicide. Upon further investigation, the ISF found that Hassan murdered Qaoud after discovering that the latter was sexually assaulting young boys and little children in Al Jaleel Palestinian Camp.
