A drone belonging to the Lebanese Air Force crashed late Tuesday in the country's east after flying into power lines, a military statement said Wednesday. The accident occurred on the outskirts of the Bekaa Valley town of Iaat around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to the statement. The statement, which mentioned no casualties, attributed the crash to a technical malfunction.
