Conflict Incident Report

A four-year-old Syrian girl, Malak Ibrahim, on Wednesday fell into a coma after falling off the fourth floor of a building in Taamir - Haret Saida, NNA field reporter said.

Malak suffers from several fractures, which include the skull, as well as other injuries and bruises.

She was duly admitted to one of the hospitals in the region and is still in a coma.

Consequently, the security forces have launched an investigation to unveil the circumstances that have led to this incident.
