NNA - Army Command- Guidance Directorate issued a communiqué on Saturday in which it mentioned that a suspected suitcase was spotted on Saturday at 8:15 a.m. on an off-road in Al-Abboudieh region in Akkar; accordingly, an Army Force rushed to the place and cordoned it off.
The communiqué added that a military expert inspected the suitcase and found out that it is a bomb of 20 kg of explosives.
"Investigations were opened to unveil the identity of the perpetrators," the communiqué added.
