The body of Lebanese national Fawwaz Masri was found on Wednesday night shot in the head in Tripoli, NNA field reporter said.
The corpse was taken to the hospital while security forces opened investigations to uncover the circumstance of said incident.
The perpetrator handed himself in to ISF.
