Public Security Office in Qobayat arrested the Syrian, Somar Nadim Qaddour, in the town of Khirbet Daoud, and handed him over- after interrogations- to the military police, on suspicions of belonging to the cell of Imad Jumaa who is under arrest since the onset of Arsal incidents. Qaddour is born in the year 1983.
