May 22–23, 2000: On the Hula-Mays al-Jabal road in South Lebanon, the Israeli Army fired from the Israeli side of the border at Lebanese civilians, killing four and injuring five. While some of the civilians were armed, they did not attack the troops, nor were there retaliatory attacks from Hezbollah after the incident.
