In Mansuri, two civilians were killed and four children severely burned in a helicopter or drone attack on their three-car convoy fleeing to Sour and waving white flags. An Israeli Apache helicopter hit another civilian vehicle fleeing from Mansuri, wounding nine civilians as the car was in sight of a hospital.
