NNA - Citizen Makhoul Mrad, who has been abducted for 20 days by gunmen and released for ransom, said on Thursday that those who kidnapped him were masked, bearded men of the Syrian nationality.
Mrad said, during a press conference at his residence in Ras Baalbeck, that the kidnappers held him in a small bathroom and released him for a ransom of which he refused to declare.
"When they released me they blind folded me and placed my hands behind my back and handed me to someone in Arsal outskirts," he said.
