NNA - A patrol from the Lebanese Army detained in Deir Al-Ahmar region in Baalbeck, six persons from the Syrian nationality over illegal residency in Lebanon, a communiqué issued by the Amy Command- Guidance Directorate said on Saturday. The communiqué added that the wanted Ezzedine Rahil Al-Suleiman over the crime of belonging and recruiting members to a terrorist organization was among the detained persons. It also said that the Army members confiscated with the detainees 4 motorcycles without legal papers. The detainees and the confiscated stuff were handed to the concerned authorities. |

NNA - The families of the military hostages on Monday expressed fear regarding their sons who are kidnapped by Daash, after the social media videos that were released over weekend to show Roumieh inmates beaten and humiliated by the security forces. After receiving menaces from Daash in this regard, the family of the hostage Mohammad Youssef resorted to block the road in Dahr Al Ahmar - Rashayya at 15:30. The families burned tires and asked concerned officials to conduct serious negotiations with the kidnappers.
