بعد الإنفجار الذي هز بيروت في الرابع من آب الحالي، والذي تسبب بخسارة كبيرة جدا في الأرواح والممتلكات العامة والخاصة، سيتم اطلاق الهيئة الوطنية لإعادة اعمار بيروت المؤلفة من نقابات المحامين والمهندسين و المقاولين و الصناعيين غداً الخميس الموافق 20 آب عند الساعة 11 قبل الظهر من أمام تمثال المغترب على مدخل مرفأ بيروت الشمالي في حضور رؤساء النقابات المذكورة.
