Beirut Airport Goes on Strike foe One Hour

A one-hour strike was observed from 09:30 am to 10:30 am on Friday by Middle East Airlines (MEA), and all those affiliated to the carrier, at Beirut's Rafic Hariri International Airport, in response to a call by the General Labor Confederation (GLC).
The GLC's call for a strike, which has been supported by several other unions, is to protest the cabinet formation delay and the deterioration of the economic situation in Lebanon.
