Syrian Refugees in Lebanon

As for Syrian families are deeply suffering, since they came without alternative clothes, and are in need for food, milk, medicines, mattresses, and thermal blankets and other vital means for life, Thus Muslim Aid distributed food parcels and NFI's for 700 Syrian refugees families at North lebanon (Wadi Khaled, Tripoli and Akkar in addition to Mount lebanon Iklim Alkaroub.

As we respond to emergency works in most of the regions whenever needed, MA were at Al Bekaa and Mount Lebanon to relief the Syrian refugees fled from Syria to Lebanon, So we distributed food parcels and Hygiene kits fro 1250 Syrian refugee HHs.

Muslim Aid’s recent humanitarian activity includes distribution of relief packs containing food items, clothes, outerwear, thermals, blankets, coal and mattresses to beneficiaries inside Syria. In addition to this, rugs and hygiene packs have also been distributed to over 2000 refugee families in Lebanon and 500 families in Jordan.
As well as emergency aid, Muslim Aid has also provided healthcare and shelter support to Syrian refugees in Jordan and Lebanon.

This activity is carried out in the framework of a regional project aiming at providing accessibility to disabled persons to public spaces and to job opportunities. The specific action described here is carried out in the previouly mentioned regions in Lebanon but also in Aleppo and in Zaatari camp in Jordan through our local partners. Specialized staff will examine the syrian refugees and provide the most suitable technical aid to cope with his physical disability. Moreover, patients will receive on average 10 physiotherapy sessions during the period of the activity.
