علن "لقاء اللبنانيون الاحرار" في بيان "ان وقفة تضامنية نفذت في ساحة الشهداء، بدعوة منه عصر الثلثاء، تزامنا مع ذكرى 13 نيسان، بداية حرب التعدي على السيادة الوطنية". مشيرا الى ان عددا من "المجموعات الثورية" لبوا الدعوة، مطلقين موحدين النداء - القسم نابذين مشروع الحرب الأهلية التي يحاول البعض أن يجرنا إليها عبر فرض خيارات وسياسات ومشاريع، معلنين إلتزامنا إعادة بناء دولة الحيادية المدنية التعددية المستقرة"

Activists staged a protest march in central Beirut March 31 to demand the resignation of political elites and the formation of a new technocratic government that is capable of implementing urgent political and economic reforms. Participants assembled at Riad el-Solh from 17:00 before marching to Beit El Wasat. The route will also take demonstrators past the parliament building.
