The Lebanese Army Command's Guidance Directorate on Tuesday issued a communique saying that the Israeli forces showered Klayle and Maaliye villages, near Tyre, with 31 missiles and six other lighting ones. The firing came yesterday at 22:30 after anonymous individuals launched from the south of Tyre two rockets towards the occupied Palestinian territories, whereupon the Lebanese Army cordoned off the area to catch the individuals in coordination with the UNIFIL. |

Unidentified individuals fired on Sunday at 0:40 a.m. two rockets from the south of Tyre region towards the occupied Palestinian territories," the Army said in a statement. The statement added that the Lebanese Army instantly conducted patrols in the region and cordoned off the area, while the Israeli Army fired 25 shells on Majdel Zoun, Mansouri and Jib Sweid and 6 flare bombs on Hiniyat and Aaameriyat. but no damage was reported. The Army and UNIFIL are still investigating and pursuing the perpetrators to arrest and hand them to the concerned judiciary. |
