Lebanese doctor arrested, accused of compiling a fake medical report.

The detained doctor, identified by NNA by his initials A.M, was referred for investigation Thursday by Mount Lebanon’s public prosecutor after being accused of compiling a fake medical. NNA reported at the time that A.M. allegedly forged a medical report to show that a prisoner had suffered a stroke, for the prisoner to be transferred from prison to the hospital. Tests conducted on the prisoner found that the medical information in the report was incorrect, according to the report.
