Map your data [Bulk Processing]
Mapping your needs assessments is a very useful technique that allows you:
1) To assess geographical disparities, in terms of needs and conditions, moreover, it allows you to cross compare your data with other sources.
2) To visualize your findings in order to better understand them, and also provides a higher visibility for your data, as it would be available for viewing by a wide audience of users.
3) To provide your data to be used by other organizations who can respond to the needs of the assessed population, thus providing means for cooperation and collaboration between different organizaitons as to best serve vulnerable population groups.
4) To provide municipalities and authorities and citizens with information and knowledge about different vulnerable populations in Lebanon, which would raise the level of awarness on existing needs, and develop responses towards them.
How to map your data on the CSKC?
1) First of all, you need to download the villages database excel template which is a listing of Lebanon's villages, along with their PCode and Local Name, among other details.
2) Using the excel template you need to indicate the villages which you have assessed by placing the number "1" in the corresponding cells under the colum "AssessedVillages".
3) If your data is based on samples from different villages, meaning your findings are not specific to each village, but are rather an overview of the needs in all of them together, then you can proceed to upload your completed excel template along with the assessment report in the below form.
4) If your findings are organized on a village level, like village profiles, then you can go ahead and add columns to the excel template representing the diferrent indicators which you have used to conduct your study, and then fill in the relevant cells (indicator/village) with the corresponding data. Once you have completed this process you can then go ahead and upload both the completed excel template along with your assessment report in the below form.
After you have submited your form, our team will work on importing your data into the system as soon as possible. Data mapping requests are processed following a queue on a first come first served basis.
