يرسم مي يأتي:
رخص للسيد بيار سليمان عقل بانشاء مدرسة تدريب مهني خاصة باسم "انترناشيونل ماريتيم اكاديمي" في منطقة صربا قضاء كسروان، كما هو مبين في المادة الثانية من هذا المرسوم.
