أصبح استدعاء المدنيّين والمدنيّات إلى المحاكم العسكريّة ظاهرةً متكرّرةً، بحيث تمّ استدعاء الصحافيّة "سارة حمود" والمهندس "ربيع لبكي". نعود ونكرّر أنّ هذه الاستدعاءات التعسّفيّة تشكّل خرقًا واضحًا للدستور وخطرًا على الحرّيّات العامّة.
المحاكم العسكريّة ليس من شأنها محاكمة المدنيّين والمدنيّات. ندعو إلى وقفة تضامنيّة، غدًا الثلاثاء ٢٠ نيسان ٢٠٢١، الساعة ١٠ صباحًا، أمام المحكمة العسكريّة في بيروت.
