Army restores calm in Kfarshlan, Dannieh

The Lebanese Army restored a state of calm in the village of Kfarshalan - Dannieh after a late night clash among young men from the same town and others from the neighboring town of Mrah al-Sraj, against the backdrop of an individual dispute that led to the injury of six people who were immediately transferred to Dannieh Governmental Hospital and Tripoli Governmental Hospital for treatment, NNA reporter said on Wednesday. Protesters also cut off the main road after burning tires and placing stones in the center of the city. Accordingly, the Army has carried out raids that have resulted in the arrest of involved suspects.
