Beirut protesters call for electoral reforms
Hundreds of protesters marched in Beirut Sunday to demand reforms to Lebanon’s electoral system, including the adoption of a proportional vote law.
Around four hundred protesters affiliated with civil society coalition A Parliament for Everyone gathered in Beirut’s Sanayeh District across from the Interior Ministry, before marching toward Riad al-Solh square near Parliament.
