Detailed description of violation:
“Palestinians in Nahr al-Bared refugee camp in Lebanon protested against the UN agency for Palestinian refugees and say UNRWA implemented a new policy on Sept. 1 which ended emergency healthcare for refugees, affecting people with chronic illnesses who will no longer be eligible for free treatment. There are 86 cancer patients, 29 dialysis patients, and 600 people who have other heart and nervous system diseases who need to receive medicine on a regular basis.” Beirut, 3.9.2013, Ma’an News Agency
