Uber, Careem and Jeeny drivers staged a sit-in in front of Uber headquarters in Amman to demand a reduction of the service charge applied by the three companies to 15%. They currently charge drivers with a 30% service charge that has forced some of the drivers to sell their cars. Security forces tried to disperse the picket.
