NNA - Two Lebanese Army officers and one private died of their wounds following a surprise attack by members from Assir's group. The premeditated murder of the Lebanese military resulted in damaging vehicles; Yarzeh based Army Command Directorate for Guidance said in its military communiqué today. Measures to pre-empt similar future attacks and apprehend Al-Assir perpetrators were adopted, the same army command spokesperson concluded.
