A Roadmap for a National Unified Social Protection Registry in Lebanon

While in times of peace centralised data that can constitute the backbone of any sound and proactive policymaking was crucially missing, in times of acute crises, this becomes an even more pressing need to be able to respond accurately and inclusively during crises, adapt to times of post-war and recovery, and develop long-term, rights-based and shock responsive social policies.
This infographic aims to provide a roadmap for creating a national unified registry or an up-to-date database of the Lebanese population, that would constitute a first step toward an effective and agile social protection system that is inclusive and universal.
