Relaunching the NPTP as “Emergency NPTP”

In the light of the Syrian crisis, the refugee crisis, and shortage of funding, the NPTP is relaunched as the Emergency National Program Targeting Poverty (ENPTP). The latter is co-funded by the World Bank, the Lebanese Government, and the UNHCR to include a separate food e-card, issued for only the poorest among the extreme poor Lebanese households.
