Detailed description of violation:
In June 2012, Suleiman Mohammed al-Ahmad, a Lebanese national, was kidnapped,transferred and illegally detained in Syria. He was released the same month,following a wave of kidnappings in Lebanon organized in retaliation by his relatives.
