The Jordanian Teachers' Association organizes a nationwide solidarity march with the union. The march starts from different localities of the Kingdom to converge towards the JTA headquarters in Amman. The march was held in defiance of the wave of arrests against teachers engaged by the state the previous day with the aim to prevent the unfolding of the demonstration.
