Detailed description of violation:
A gay-friendly night-club in the suburb of Dekwaneh was searched and shut down by Lebanese security forces under the order of the mayor of Dekwaneh, named Shakhtoura. Several club-goers were arrested and forced to undress in the municipal headquarters, where they were then photographed naked. Shakhtoura had ordered the nightclub Ghost to be shut down on charges of “promoting prostitution, drugs and homosexuality.” Beirut, 20.4.2013, al-akhbar
