'Free Sunni Brigade' in Baalbek claims responsibility for Nabi Uthman explosion

NNA - A group by the name of "Free Sunni Brigade in Baalbek" claimed responsibility via "Twitter" for the suicide bombing which occurred in Nabi Uthman.
The Brigade also addressed the Lebanese Army a
