Goal/Objective: Najdeh’s goal is to empower Palestinian refugee women in Lebanon by providing them with the necessary tools to access social, economic and political equal in order to play a central role in achieving sustainable development and social justice for the Palestinian refugee community in Lebanon.

Target population:
Palestinian refugee and displaced women and community
Core programmes objectives:
1) Advocacy : Promote Palestinian and women’s’ rights.
2) Mother and Child : Develop the psychological, physical, emotional and social capabilities of the child, supporting integration in primary education and empowering mothers to communicate with their children on appropriate educational basis.
3) Psychosocial and Popular Education: Contribute to improving the psychosocial well being and reducing illiteracy and school drop-outs among Palestinian women, girls and children in Lebanon
4) Social Affairs: Provide social and financial assistance for educational and health care services for women and their families who are unable to afford such expenses.
5) Violence Against Women: Contribute to improving the mental, physical and social well being of Palestinian refugees and NGOs working in the Palestinian community with the aim of eliminating violence against women.
6) Vocational Training: Enhance the economic opportunities of Palestinian refugee women to confront marginalisation.
7) Emergency Project: Contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of Palestinian families displaced from Syria since the start of the Syria crisis.
