On Thursday, April 29th, 2010, a man arrested the previous day by the ISF for quadruple homicide was brutally lynched in the public square of the village of Ketermaya – and then hanged with a butcher’s
hook from an electric pole ‐ while the ISF was trying to bring him back to the crime scene as part of the investigation. Security sources argued that the police was allegedly unable to prevent this crime.
