Supporters of Director General of Internal Security Forces Imad Othman rallied in a motorcade. The procession started at Tareeq Jdideh and ended at Othman's house, after passing by the Palace of Justice. The procession came in response to Judge Ghada Aoun's decision last Thursday to prosecute Othman, after he obstructed the implementation of a warrant to subpoena Banque du Liban Governor Riad Salameh.
