وطنية - عكار - نفذ طلاب معهد ببنين الفني الرسمي إعتصاما أمام مبنى المعهد، رفضا لقرار وزير التربية عباس الحلبي برفع رسوم طلبات الترشيح للشهادات لهذا العام، واعتبروه "قرارا مجحفا" في حقهم، وخصوصا في ظل تردي الأوضاع الإقتصادية والمعيشية الصعبة وعدم قدرة أهاليهم على دفعها، داعين الى إلغاء المرسوم نهائيا.
