A sit-in on Halba highway to protest against bumps
The National Media Agency reported that a number of residents carried out a sit-in on the Halba-Sheikh Mohammad highway to protest the road bumps causing traffic accidents and major malfunctions.
The protesters demanded that Akkar and the Ministry of Public Works work to remove it, and appealed to the Interior Ministry to "put an end to the expropriation of public roads and the placement of random bumps that do not conform to technical conditions."
