وطنية - عكار - استقبلت خيمة الإعتصام في حلبا رغم الأمطار الغزيرة، الوافدين من البلدة والجوار، الذين انضموا الى المحتجين للمطالبة بحقوق عكار في الإنماء والتمثيل الحكومي والوظيفي أسوة بغيرها من المحافظات، وبحكومة إنقاذ مستقلة من اختصاصيين، ومعالجة الأزمة المعيشية والإقتصادية.
وتخلل الإعتصام عقد ندوة حوارية ألقاها المحامي مازن حطيط شدد، فيها على ضرورة أي تكون التحركات المطلبية ضمن الأطر القانونية، وهو حق مشروع في الدستور اللبناني وحقوق الإنسان والعقود الدولية".
