وطنية - عكار - اعتصمت مجموعات من المحتجين في حلبا أمام الدوائر والمؤسسات الرسمية: المالية العقارية، المساحة،، مصلحة المياه، أوجيرو، وزارة العمل، ليبان بوست، الريجي، مركز التعليم المهني والتقني، التنظيم المدني، مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان دائرة حلبا، وهتفوا شعارات منددة بالفساد وطلبوا من الموظفين التوقف عن العمل، وقد أقفلت هذه الدوائر جميعها.
