Supporters of former MP Othman Alameddine block the Tripoli-Akkar highway to protest his arrest for firing a military weapon into the air in Minieh. The protesters demanded Alam al-Din's immediate release.
وطنية - المنية - قطع عدد من اهالي المنية الطريق الدولية في المنية، امام افران علم الدين وعند مستديرة عرمان بالسيارات والاطارات المشتعلة، احتجاجا على توقيف النائب السابق عثمان علم الدين من قبل مخابرات الجيش، لقيامه بإطلاق النار في الهواء من سلاح حربي في وقت سابق خلال احدى المناسبات الاجتماعية في المنطقة.
