وطنية -افاد مندوب "الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام" ان " جبهة المعارضة اللبنانية" وناشطين من الحراك المدني نفذوا ، وقفة رمزية أمام قصر العدل في بيروت " تضامنا مع الجسم القضائي الذي يقوم بواجبه الوطني، ودعما للمحقق العدلي في قضية انفجار مرفأ بيروت القاضي طارق البيطار، بمواجهة التهديدات التي يتعرض لها".
وتلا زياد عبد الصمد بيانا باسم المعتصمين، أكد فيه أن" لا وجود لدولة سيدة وحرة من دون قضاء وعدالة وسلطة شرعية". ودعا "المدعى عليهم بملف المرفأ للمثول أمام المحقق العدلي، لأن البريء يمثل أمام القضاء ويدافع عن نفسه بدل أن يلجأ الى التهديد"، رافضا "كل الصيغ التي تطرح من قبل السلطة للالتفاف على القاضي بيطار وعزله".
